Dave Schiller founded Aegis Wealth Partners after a career spanning mutual fund distribution, private equity, and investment banking. This experience gave him a unique perspective on how businesses grow, how owners build long-term value, and how financial decisions inside a company affect both leadership and employees.

That background allows him to approach financial planning from a broader perspective — understanding not only personal finances, but also the financial mechanics that drive business growth and enterprise value.

As an Arizona-based Registered Investment Advisor, Aegis works with privately held businesses to align tax strategy, owner compensation, and retirement planning so owners can build wealth more efficiently while strengthening the financial foundation of their company and supporting their employees.

Dave is a double graduate of Arizona State University and holds multiple advanced industry credentials. Outside the office, he enjoys reading, cooking, playing bass guitar, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Giron Arnis, and Iaido.
