401(K) Operating System-4OS™

Our 401(K) operating system, 4OS™, is a set of processes that we created to determine who does what, when, and how, when it comes to managing your retirement plan.

Leveraging our background in private equity and investment banking, we've created our own business operating system (BOS) to streamline our 401(k) services. We did this to improve what we see as significant inefficiencies in the 401(k) market. We believe too many plans in the small and midsize business (SMB) space are plagued with operational inefficiencies such as having an outdated plan design, corrective distributions, deposit timing failures and the excessive time spent in handling the administration of the plan. Additionally, many plans suffer from low employee participation and contribution rates.  Employees are increasingly demanding greater help with their finances but they're not getting it. That's where we step in.

Our 4OS™ is divided into two major client-facing processes:  the administrative (CompliancePro™ 401(K) Consulting) and participant (RetireReady Academy™) components.
