Dave Schiller, AIF® has been in the financial services industry since 1996. He has held several roles including Regional Vice President at ING Pilgrim mutual funds where he was responsible for overseeing distribution of the firm’s mutual fund products across several Midwestern states.
Dave sharpened his investment and capital markets experience at the private equity firm, Triton Pacific Securities and Scottsdale-based investment bank, Windstone Capital Partners. At Triton Pacific, Dave was Associate Director and was responsible for meeting with financial advisors and individual investors about the intricacies of private equity investments. At Windstone Capital Partners, Dave was a Managing Director who represented companies primarily in technology and government contractor industries. He was responsible for sourcing both equity and debt financing for his clients from private equity and hedge funds.
Dave returned to his passion for helping individual investors and small business owners as an investment advisor. Dave started his career with Fortis Investors in Phoenix, Arizona and spent several years with AG Edwards (now Wells Fargo Advisors), Financial Design Group, and Vora Wealth Management. Dave’s extensive knowledge of portfolio management, operations, and capital markets led Dave to founding his own firm, Aegis Wealth Partners, LLC.
Dave holds a B.S. and M.A. from Arizona State University. Dave was awarded the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary.
Dave is active in several organizations including holding past positions as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for the International School of Arizona. He was a member of the Building Committee for 4 years, including acting as Chair in 2013-2014. Dave sat on the Public Policy and Ambassador Committees for the Arizona Technology Council. He is also a member of Local First, an organization dedicated to promoting local businesses.
Dave is a native of Arlington Heights, IL and lives in Scottsdale Arizona with his wife, son and daughter. He is an avid hockey dad and enjoys watching his son play ice hockey.
